Members of the hospitality and events industries will have an opportunity to virtually engage with experts and their peers, as FFWPW focuses on food waste in these important industries within our state.
Virtual programming will include live sustainable cooking demonstrations, as well as webinars and panel discussions on food waste prevention in commercial kitchens and live events. Food rescue and recovery, best practices in event catering, current food waste applications and technology and other topics will be explored during this exciting day of programming!
