Daily Messaging during the Week

Food is life, love, culture, medicine and so much more. Food Waste is a solvable problem.  The messaging of the week focuses on our connection to food, the unintentional consequences of food waste and sharing food waste solutions.

The approach of the week is for partners to amplify this messaging from our Communication Toolkit Guide  which is being updated for 2022.  Templates have been provided to make it easier to participate in the week. As a partner you also have the opportunity to tailor messages to fit your organization’s mission. Individuals may also get involved by reposting daily social media messages. The Food Hero Bingo Challenge and Taking the Pledge on Friday are created to get everyone involved.

You may also get involved as a sponsor of the event!
